The New Apple Iphone Releases

Three new Iphones and an Apple watch were released at the new Apple convention on September 12th at the Steve Jobs Theatre in Cupertino,California. The Iphones were, as usual, the highlight of the event.

These Apple events are the staple of the company’s history, dating back to 2005 when founder Steve Jobs announced changes in how Macbooks were being made.

The Iphone XS and XS Max,starting at around $1,100, are Apple’s most expensive Iphones yet, but with all the new features it makes sense that the price is larger.

Both models have up to 512 gb of storage, as well as an IP68 water resistance rating, the highest possible.

The other Iphone-the Iphone XR, is a more affordable model, pricing at $750. The phones comes in six different colors, the most Apple has ever had. The Iphone XR  is just as powerful and nearly as capable as it’s $1000 counterpart, but for a much more affordable price.

Apple also released a new Apple Watch, the Apple Watch Series 4, which is it’s most powerful model ever-more powerful than some older Iphones still in circulation. It becomes the first Apple wearable to ship with a 64-bit chip inside. The processor can deliver performance similar to the iPhone 6s. Apple says that the 64-bit dual-core S4 chip is up to two times faster than the S3 chip powering the Series 3. The watch starts at $399, but ups to $499 if you include an LTE option, giving the watch data and internet connection.

Both the phones and the watch come at a significant price, but if you want a top of the line phone with stunning imagery, then the price may just be right.
