Twenty-two wins and only two losses was the finishing team record for Stone Bridge varsity volleyball.

The team had a remarkable season, which led them to the Region Semifinals.

“My favorite part was when we won the District Finals [against Tuscarora] after five very tough sets,” junior Helen Boyles said.

Their only two losses were the first game of the season, against Loudoun County, and one to Briar Woods.

The seniors on the team this year were Katey Muskett, Caroline Burnett, and Rachel Scott.

Helen Boyles, Noelle Foster, Katey Muskett, and Peyton Yamagata all achieved First Team, All-Potomac District. Mary Kate DeVido also achieved Second Team All-Potomac District.

Muskett, Foster, and Yamagata also accomplished First Team, All-Region 5C. Boyles also accomplished Second Team, All Region 5C.

“We were very successful and worked very well as a team,” Boyles said.
