As the season of love came and went, Stone Bridge brought out its finest talent to spread love throughout the school.
The week leading up to Valentine ’s Day, students were able to purchase a singing telegram for $5 and pick a group of talented kids to sing to anyone they chose.
Groups varied from sappy love songs to classic feel good jams that everyone could enjoy.
“There were 5 to 6 groups total, I think it was a huge success because everyone seemed to enjoy the performance,” singer Kyle Broderick said.
On Valentine’s Day, these groups went from room to room singing to students that purchased the telegram or whomever they wanted to send it to.
These singing groups displayed their talents all day with no breaks and brought in a huge profit from the event.
“I think we performed over 60 times total throughout the day, the people honestly could not get enough of our show,” performer William Helmrath said.
All the money for these singing telegrams is going towards the senior trip towards the end of May to help lower ticket prices.
Singing Telegrams is run by students themselves, they form groups, audition, and promote themselves all on their own
